hey folks put on a se slip-on on my 07 fxd and about to put a screwdriver to the center baffel has anyone did this yet does it make it sound better or not.....thank you

first things first, make your letters a little smaller and from what I've heard about the new S/E mufflers, they have been designed to be quieter. Get something else leave the S/E 's alone and sell them to some other helpless soul. Just an idea.

DON'T,the baffles can be removed,try just removing the fiber packing first,reinstall and ride it for awhile.If this isnot what you are looking for then sell them and buy Rush slipons or whatever you think are best for you.

Yeah don't do it,,,,, first off the baffles are a b!tch to get out of there, I tried it to one of my SE pipes, after about 45 min of beaten the $hit out of the dam thing and dealing with the packing the i gave up on it.
Went out the same day and bought a set of Rush w/2" baffles look good and sound good too deep rumble
