This is my first bike with soft mounted handle bars. It does feel like thay move a little to much, my buddy has an o6 dyna wide glide and his dont move as much. The screws on the bottom of the risers are tight so it's not that.

 

get some poly bushings bro ,

they will help a ton

I agree. The stock bushings feel very spongy.
