Found: Throw-over saddlebags for Dynas **PICS ADDED**
I know alot of us want saddlebags for our Dynas, but hate the idea of moving the rear signals back to the plate. I found this seller on Ebay who has these small slant bags. The bags are great quality for the price. Better yet, they fit between the shocks and the turn signals. Now, they are not BIG by any means, but they look great, fit the lines of the bike perfectly. They also have quick release clasps hidden behind the buckles for easy opening. The seller, has been unbelievable. Awesome communication, super-fast delivery.
I just wanted to pass this find on to anyone looking for some saddlebags that fit without modifications. I'd like to see this great seller get some more business from our Dyna family. I am one happy camper!!!!!
I will grab some pics when I get home so you can see how they look installed. I purchased a seatbelt shoulder pad (recommendation from this forum) to lay underneath on the fender to keep it from rubbing.
River road has a plain jane set the oneson my bike are throwovers 94 bucks. Noflash and no trash but they were cheap no maointenance and they hold enough beer to get me drunk. lol what more can you ask for?
If you want a quality, long lasting bag check out http://www.foxcreekleather.com/86.html.
These fit perfectly between the stock location turnsignal light, no relo necessary, and they are at the same exact angle as the dyna shocks.
Also, great, great customer service. Got bags, gloves and jacket from them.
I was just trying to let everyone know about this great company that I dealt with, that's all. Not trying to start a "who's bag is better or cheaper" thread. They treated me great, and I'd like to pass some more business their way if possible.
BLADE YOUR LINK DOESNT SHOW PICS. WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE
The link should take yo to there auction, and there is a pic or 2 there. If you want a pic of them installed, stay tuned till I get home and can take some.
Are you referring to the fender, or other parts? As for the fender, I used a seatbelt shoulder pad (get it from the autoparts store) to cover the rear fender. They are velcro and open up and make a nice pad.
