I put this under the how to under fifty post as well but in case users don't travel there that often I'll post it here too.
I used a pop rivet gun and installed some aluminum rivetswith one inch spacing as well as some decorative chrome moulding along the edge to take the dull out. I know alot of bobers seem to be going with the blacked out look but not all of us are the same. Hope you like it. It was easy as long as you have a drill and a pop rivet gun for those interested. Just an idea if your sick of the plain panel.

to remove the panel took about 5 min and have to remove the seat as well to get to the end bolt for the panel. Disconnected the speedo and other wires and marked the holes an inch apart and drilled 3/16 and installed the rivets. The whole job took about 1 hour I suppose once I knew what I wanted to do. LOL!
