I've had pretty good luck with both over the years, it's people selling crap that they don't have in stock that pisses me off.

People selling stuff on eBay they don't have iscommon.
I ordered some bags from House of Harley-Davidson Milwaukee 15 days ago using buy it now. I'm still waiting for them to be shipped.
When I email them they give me their standard reply stating there's a 7 day lead time and that it will be shipped tomorrow but they don't do it.
It should be against eBay rules to auction stuff they don't have.
I will wait another few days and if they still haven't shipped it I'll put in a dispute through PayPal and try to get them to refund my money.
