well i took my bike in last weekfor new tank due to clear coat coming off and i told service manager my fuel pump sounds F#$# up and it has been starting hard the last two or three times i have started it well he just called me to say i wont get it back untill friday becouse they need to order a fuel regulator the regulator is bad 1700 miles not even a year old new tank and regulator and neck bearings.......but my dealer zylstra hd have been very good to me...

Sh*t happens - sounds like you got either the Monday morning or Friday afternoon shift doing those bits. As you say - you can't really complain as the dealer it doing the right thing by you.
Ever since my first Harley I have to say that I have been super impressed by HDs after sales care on bad stuff. I know though a few others on here will say otherwise as its not consistant and is really down to each individual dealer.
