Hi guy's,
 \\;
I am posting a few pictures of a possible oil leak. \\; The area I am noting is in between tranny and cylinder head. The seam at the \\;T(you can see a dark patch) \\; Note the oil is not hitting the floor because this particular leak is on the top of the motor. \\; It resembles moisture but is an oilly substance. \\; I noticed it a couple of days ago, washed the area real good/degreased and it was completely dry. Went for a ride and the dampness returned. \\; I am just wondering if this is a big problem.

The area on this picture that I am refering to is in the center of the picture and about a half inch up dark patch by the t gasket seams. \\; Thanks to all who take the time...

Yes oil checked okay... keep in mind this is a very small area seams like a kinda seapage but not a whole bunch. \\; Resembles moisture around that T seam/gasket.
 \\;
Thanks again.
Had it on my '07 Bob after around 18 months - its most likely a blown crankcase seal behind the rear cylinder. \\;\\\\\\; My dealer, under warrenty, had to strip and rebuild the engine and renew the center silicone seal. \\;\\\\\\; Apparently its a known and common fault on the newer dynas. \\;\\\\\\; Clean it all off with some brake cleaner on a rag and then go for a blast. \\;\\\\\\; If its there when you get back you'll need to get it in to your dealer for repair. \\;\\\\\\; Looks like a very thin patch of misted oil and dust. \\;\\\\\\; Been fine ever since I had it done.
