My dyna was also leaking from the primary bearing seal. They ended up replacing the bearing too, which went out once at around 7,500 miles 20k on my '06 fxdwg now
I'm told that the inspection cover tower gaskets could cause a primary leak also. If you didn't replace them, you might try doing so. I put in new ones, but still have a similar leak on my 03 Lowrider. Didn't cure my issue but maybe it will cure yours. If it's \\;350 bucks to replace the \\;bearing seal, I'll say F*** it and live with the minor leak for now.
