Took it to Tillys in Statesville, they ran a diagnostic and it did not show any codes.
They re flashed the ecm saying that this usually solves these type of issues.
I took it for a short ride after I got it back home and it seems ok, but time will tell.
Unfortunately I am going out of town and won't have time to do a real test ride until I get back next week.

Ok this may sound stupid but its experience talking. Do you change your own oil?
At that milage I'm guessing if you do, you probably just did it. I had the same problem and I finially figured out that I had overfilled the oil. When it got hot and expanded if was enough resistance to stall the motor. Drained it until it met the proper line and never another issue. May not be the issue but it could be!

agreed with above... heat will not cause your bike to stall, it shuts off your rear cylinder before it stalls

I ride home during the summer here at about 100-110 degrees and I drive 70+mph on the freeway for 10 miles, 55mph on a 2 lane for 10 miles and 10mph for 2 miles on a dirt road and have not had any issues. My bike is bone stock.

The oil level is fine.
This started about 500 miles after the 1000 mile service.

It's my understanding that that only happens while the bike is in "parade mode"
(sitting in stop and go traffic)

Mine stalls while coming to a stop after riding five miles at 50 MPH......

Anyways:
I got a chance to ride it for about 90 miles today, and all seemed fine.
Of course, it was not as hot today, only about 86 degrees.
The dealer was not able to tell me what Re Flash included........altered air/fuel ratio?
Stage 1 download?
The guy at the counter did not know..."It's just the latest, most up to date map" he said, but did not know what the details were.
After a few miles it seemed to pick up some Omph.
Overall it seemed to run very well today.

My brother-n-law just started experiencing a similar problem with his 07 Lowrider. The dealer is going to replace his ECM under warranty. They're still waiting for the part to come in. I'll let ya'll know if that fixes it. His check engine light would come on but no trouble codes ever registered.

I ride to work everyday here in Roswell, the temps have been around 102-105 , no stall problems. Of course I may hit 7 lights total on the way home, not a lot of stop and go.
