08 fatbob vs. a friggin deer,(DRAW)
last night on my way to work plowed into a deer at around 65 mph no skid marks, blew the guts right out of its tail end, slid for quite some time and basically tore everything that you could tear off the bike off, left alot of skin on the pavement as well, here is my list of damage, gas tank, (cap fuel gauge and tach are fine) mirrors twisted, rear fender , rush slip ons, derby cover, headlight, foot controls, clutch and brake levers, front and back turn signals, hand grips, and horn cover, so basically i would say a i shredded my fat bob, first major wreck in my life, kinda surprised i was able to get back on it and drive to my place of work, i guess thats why we insure them, im hoping to have her back within a month, but if not see yas all out there next spring. bastardsuns

I'm glad your ok, or so it seams? That deer head would be on my wall with some wrecked bike parts on the same mount.

couple things i have questions about, and i hope some of you fellas might have an answer , first i know that harley is gonna charge a boatload of gorillas for each part, which im not worried about, but a willie g derby cover is 49.95 and the dark custom is about 120. how much do you think harley will list the stock plain one for, and i have to be honest i bet it will be somewhere between the two mentioned, and onemore thing about the crash was, that when the one witness was asking me if i was alright and that she couldnt beleive i was standing, i was staring at the dead deer and thinking to myself 'IM EVEL F***IN KENEVAL, JUST KIDDIN I WAS DUMBFOUNED

you should have reached inside the deer's chest cavity, ripped out it's heart and eaten it like an apple....that would have freaked out the witnesses...........crazy friggin bikers
