Yep that easy. But don't loosen them all, keep one on the snug side or the bars will drop onto the tank. Don't ask me how I know!

I just loosen the two at the top (toward the front of the bike) just enough that a gentle push will move the bars.

What ever you do, dont think "all four" by the time you start to loosen #3 is when the 'flop' occurs.

Don't ask me either

there is a sequence to retighten.... after repositioning the bars tighten town the rear bolts till the clamps in the rear are touching... then you tighten the front ones to 12-15 ft-lbs...finally tighten the rear to 12-15 ft-lbs... make sure the front ones are loose enough for the rear clamps to touch.

COVER YOUR TANK with a thick blanket or something that will absorb the impact if you drop those bars onto it. If they come down they can do some major cosmetic damage to your paint and even dent the tank when the switch housings hit.
Also, I disagree with one point, the riser clamp should not touch the risers at the front or the rear. My manual calls for tightening the rear snug, then torquing the front, then torquing the rear, but not tightening either down until they close the 'gap'.
