Removing Baffles from Big Radius

With mine, the bottom one slides right out, and the top one I used a pair of needle nose vise grips and grabbed one of the fins and as I pulled on the vise grips I tapped on the pipe with a dead blow hammer. It works its way right out and had both of them out in 2 minutes.

Well there you go.
Yep the top baffle had definitely fallen out (glad no one was directly behind me when that happened as thats quite a decent bit of steel)
the baffle was just not there and the screw/bolt that holds it in was completely gone as well???
Much easier job than I was expecting to take the heat shield off and install the new baffle.
back to spec now and just waiting for the chance for another ride.
