SERT & dyno tune
Well I took everyones advise
I made an appointment for this coming Wednesday-April 5'th
to have the SERT unit installed on my bike along with the Dyno tune.
Weather permiting I will have facts and figures for everyone by Thursday.
My bike is a 2005 FXDCI with a SE big bore stage I kit and SE II slip- fit mufflers.
The dealer advised me that he was out of SERT units....luckily my friends at HDforums told me where to buy the unit for a good price ahead of time.
He says it's $60.00 per hour for shop labor....Dyno tune time 2 to 4 hours estimated.
he did tell me that since I did not have much in the way of performance stuff....2 hours should do it.
This dealer is 2 1/2 hours from my house so let's hope for good weather on Wednesday.
I have never used this dealer, so if anyone has please let me know now.
