When installing foot controls, do you apply anti-seize, loctite (what color?), steak sauce, or nothing at all? I will be adding my old mid mounts with anti-seize tomorow. I want to be able to get them off easy if they get in the way. Thanks.

 

DO NOT USE ANTI-SEIZE!!!! They will loosen up and fall off!! Use BLUE Loctite!!

 

Use blue Loctite. About the only thing you should use anti-seize lubricant on are spark plug threads and the oxygen sensor threads.

 

I have to agree that I'd use the blue stuff. On the other hand maybe A1 sauce would be worth a try. Forget Worcestershire Sauce as it's way too thin to be effective.
