This is where it gets interesting. If I remember correctly the SE FX has risers with a bolt pattern that is straight up and down, as opposed to most risers which use an angled bolt pattern with the bottom bolt on each riser being further in than the top bolt 9think of a "V" Pattern". If you get a "Standard" type handlebar clamp you can use any of the "angled" type risers out there on the market, but if you re-use your clamps you'd have to go with a "Deuce Style" riser that has the "inline" type of bolt Pattern. I would suggest using a standard type clamp like the one I pictured below, that way you can get ANY risers that use that type of pattern.

You have ANOTHER factor to consider though... YOUR bike will have a TACH clamped to the Bars... and you'll have to get a setup that incorporates that!!!!

It all seems so simple, until you dive in!!!!!

I know you already made your decision and it is a good one, the CVO is always the better decision (IMO). As someone that had ordered a Rocker C over a year ago and never had it come in. The dealership gave me my Dyna at a price I couldn't refuse. The Dyna is a more comfortable ride and I am glad I got it. I really liked the look of the Rocker, but after sitting on it and riding it, it is uncomfortable to ride (stock) for any distance (again, JMO). You will be super happy with that Dyna! Enjoy.

The front forks on the FXDSE are inverted, cartridge-style forks. The forks on all the other dyna models are the standard, cheap, POS dampening rod forks.

The cartridge forks on the SE contain the oil in a sealed cartridge, free from any air or atmosphere contamination.

Standard dampening rod forks have the oil slosh around with the air as the forks go in and out. This aeration greatly reduces the functionality of the suspension making it not suitable for performance applications.

The cams he mentioned are Harley parts from the Screamin Eagle catalog. You might want to ask your dealer if it will affect your warranty if they install these. I've heard it go both ways. Some say it's OK since they're HD parts, others say no.
