Default forwards

"Softail style" forwards here... Might just be me, but I feel a great improvement on the rear brake feel.............

Thanks for all the input..... Can someone tell me if the Standard Kuryakyn forwards extend out further towards the front than the HD forwards? It looks as though that is the case in the pictures I have seen. It may just be an illusion though.
Also just to be 100 % sure I can install the HD forwards with out changing out the rear shift arm, correct? Or will I need to purchase a longer shift linkage? Forgive all my questions but when I chose to do things my self, even the simple things it turns in to 5 day 600 $ for me no matter what I do.............
Thanks again,

Joe

Installing forwards are easy. Don't be afraid. If you can avoid removing the original shift lever, do it. You might want to go back to mids someday. There are ways you can attach the original shift lever to an engine bolt to keep it out of the way. The only thing I did was fabricated an adapter for a larger brake pedal pad. Makes it easier to brake with a larger pedal.

Mine has the HD ones (https://www.hdforums.com/forum/members/69537-rowo-albums-97-2007-dyna-street-bob.html). I had a 95 Superglide with extended forward controls until last year and the ones on the SB feel somewhat "close", so I might will buy an extension for them in the future.
