IMO: I think the old SE IIs are probably close the the 1.75" baffle. I've had the SEIIs and currently have the Rush 1.75. I like the Rush's better, but its close. I've also had Cycle shack's which I think would be close to the 2.5" baffle. Didn't like them, they made my ears ring. The SEIIs and 1.75 Rush's have a good rumble, but not too loud.

Thanks for the info thats what I was looking for but that leads to my next question. How much of a difference is there between the 1.75 and the 2.0? I've done alot of searching and from the reading theres not much difference in loudness between the two sizes but the 2.0 are deeper. I guess what I'm really wondering is what's the most common baffle size used for a good deep but not too loud harley tone and still try to be halfway neighborhood safe at o dark thirty.

My guess is that the 2.0 is more popular. I've never heard them other than on YouTube. I really like the 1.75s, but I am concerned about being too loud. I've had quite a few exhausts and when I switched back to slip ons I wanted more of a smooth sound rather than loud. I almost got a pair of the newer SEs, so that kind of gives you an idea of my mindset, because they are kind of quiet. I was trying to get a good sound without being loud. The 1.75s were perfect. You seem to want a good sound and some loudness, which is why I thinking the 2.0s will be right for you. But buy your baffles at your own risk (my disclaimer).....Good luck. J.B.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll go for the 2.0s and go ahead and do the SE AC and download. Thanks again.
