Default I want black turn singals

I have an 09 Fat Bob / denim black, and want to change out my sigs for black. Anyone want to trade? Can they be painted/powercoated? i think they are plastic so not sure if thats possible.

Anyone have any ideas for me?

Jeff

Are yours metal or plastic? How long ago did you have them done? Do they still look good, are they peeling at all?

The rear come off very easy, just unplug them from the panel behind the tail light, not sure about the front. Hopefully the front come out the same.

I did mine with Krylon BBQ black. The back are kuryakyn chrome and the front are cheep aluminum body LED's. The rattle paint has held up great.

I'll be doing mine with some HD denim rattle can. Worked great on my mirrors and other bits so far.

They are metal

They look great

No peeling - doubt they will (at least for a while)

FYI - pulling the guts out is tricky the first time, and the front are trickier the rear to take apart

A minor consideration is to check if it is legal in your state. In Washington it is not legal to darken the cover on any light. Not many officers will stop somebody for this, but if they're interested and looking for a reason its all they'd need. $124 here.
