Heated Grips Insert, where to run switch?
hey guys, I am getting my heated grip inserts put in tomorrow. I want to say there the harley brand. I have an 07 dyna street bob just curious where i can fun the switch to? I was thinking to the horn cover and have a small bracket off from just behind it. So the switch if off to the side of it. And still in a reachable area. Please offer ideas, What may work, what does work, and what dont work why not. Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for a place to mount the switch, you might consider the speedo console. Install a second odometer switch that matches the OEM switch. I drilled a hole in my console and installed the rubber boot style switch. Ran wires down the console to the garage door opener under my seat. Best mod I've ever done. No more fumbling for an opener in my pocket.
