I'm taking the saddlebags off the bob and need the stock hardware to put back. I'm not putting the rear signals back on. What hardware do I need for the 2 holes in the struts?

Not sure if you have the same hardware or not. Here's what I recently did. I had the detachable docking hardware for a Harley backrest which I hated. I removed this and I moved my signals to the back of the fender which left me with some vacant holes in the struts.
I reused the under-fender brackets from the detachable hardware. The docking hardware also left me with a slug which fit over the two rear holes, covering one hole and leaving the other hole open. I picked up a set of chrome rear caliper bolts and used those on the rear strut covers.
Thanks for the idea. I'm planning on selling the bags so I need to sell the hardware with the bags. I was thinking that I could just use the same hardware that is in the front strut hole in the back hole but I don't have any of it anymore and want to get the right parts.

Which bracket will you be using under the fender? The stock bracket is threaded at the forward hole and just two holes drilled in the rear of the bracket. The detachable brackets have one threaded hole at the front and another threaded hole at the back.
I never thought about that. I may have to buy some extra saddlebag brackets so I get the threaded part. I'm sure I can purchase some extra brackets at the dealer and try to find the stock forward bolt and get 4 of those.
