Just picked up an 09 Custom with 750 miles, HD hard leather bags, quick release wshield + other goodies for 12.5 over the weekend. warranty good until Sept 2010.

Shop around there are good deals to be had.

You'll love the Dyna,I had an 06 FX35D which was a SuperGlide with a limited edition paint job. I had her St1'ed,Progressive IAS 440's, fork springs and Metz 880's and she really flew,esp. around the twisties.Great bike.

Yes, so far I plan to. The bike is "still being worked on" since it came in on a trade and has to be certified. No rush since there's no way to ride around here for a while anyway. I will also use this time to ask around other area dealers

Hold out for a better price. I inquired about a trade on my 07' and they offered $8,500 and I have at least $2,000 into it. I said thanks, but I'll ride it a few more years.

Go to another dealer HD of Danbury are crooks, they don't deal on anything. I bought the sportster I had there, took it in for 1k service and they kept it for 4 days even though I had an apppontment. When I picked it up they said if I had a service contract for the 1st 3 services I would get same day turnaround and a card to get points on items purchased. The 5k service was screwed up they did not seat the derby cover gasket right and it leaked while I was riding and almost made me highside it in a turn. Rear tire and brakes with syn3, had to fight with service manager to replace them they were just going to clean it. The bike was totaled when I was hit by a cage, the last service was not used I asked for a refund they refused. The points card, I had over a $150 in points which they are suposed to send you a gift card for I never have gotten it even after calling, e-mailing and stopping in the store. I sent a e-mail to HD corporate about this that was never responded too. I bought my SG at Moroneys in New Windsor, smaller dealer much better people to deal with.
