Good deal there Bobber. Sounds like a dealer change is in order.
By the way, you really don't want to jet wash these bikes. It is true that they don't like it. None of the connectors are sealed really well. Just a nice easy wash and rinse with a hose or bucket. If you do need to jet wash, you gotta be very careful where the stream goes. Limit it to the wheels/rotors and bottom of the motor/tranny. Hand wash everything else.
There are stories of guys drying out connectors with their wife's hair dryer and compressed air.
Sounds like the ecm connector is corroded from moisture. Pull the connector apart and clean the pins and coat liberally with di-electric grease. Just my guess.
Broke down on the way to the new dealer , bloody nightmare it was !!!
Had to call hog assistance who took me and the bike to the new dealers place.
Seem a really nice bunch of guys , dropped it straight onto the Diagnostics and he has mentioned it was showing "Crank Shaft Sensor" inop.
They have kept the bike in and will update me tomorrow as it was getting late.
So far so good as it should be covered under warranty.
Will keep you guys posted.
Anyone know or heard about the crank shaft sensor before , likely causes of failure ??????
if it has thrown that many codes i agree with BA that the made in Mexico ecu is junk...like 1/3 of DelfiXican crap...ya may wanna suggest that to the dealer

Crankshaft sensor produces ac voltage, it's basically a button magnet with 2 wires. Everything computer related on your bike runs off the crankshaft sensor. The sensor tells the ecm how fast the crank is turning which then, the ecm reads the map sensor to determine engine load, with those 2 (engine rpm and load) it then tells the injectors how much fuel to spray in junction with the throttle position sensor (how much the butterfly is open on your throttle body = air going into the engine).
it's all GM Delphi garbage, but it's better than EFI V 1.0 (pre delphi)
another reason why i'm having a hard time giving the dealer 22K for an 09 Roadglide... it's an air cooled cavalier on 2 wheels
