I got a detachable windshield, for the Dyna, i use it for long trips and it works great and a minute it can be off, I usually ride without the windshield, and the windshield look good. only my opinion. hope it will help

sorry, I don't have any pic of the bike with the windshield, but the part in the H D book is 58063-04 on page 142

Here you are - this is the smoked compact detachable windshield and it took exactly 10 seconds to put on for this photo.

I usually fit it when I am doing a long ride and it works well although your hands are still exposed to the elements. I really like it and have never had any problems although I notice that there is some reflected noise from the engine, but not a problem - you can still hear that sweet exhaust note
