Oh man..I forgot about the mini-bike. Thanks for bringing that memory back. I guess technically that was "really" my first bike. When I was around 5 years old I'd tear *** around my dads back yard. I had eventually turned it into a dirt circle track. I'd pretend I was racing and would be out there all day long. The kill switch didn't work so I'd kill the motor by touching the plug with a ground wire. Would shock the **** outta me every time too.

Yes I did. My favorite muscle car of all times right there. My buddy has a '65 389 with 3 deuces that his dad bought new. Awesome stories come with that car. He's been restoring it for about 10 years now....lol.

First bike was a CT50 then a CT70, I would have to go over to my moms to try and dig up photos of them. My first street bike I was licenced to drive was a 1982 CB450T Hawk, I noticed a lot of 1st time honda riders? Anyway, this bike was only made for 1 year and a blast to ride. A buddy of mine worked at the Honda store and got me the sport kit, flat track style bars and set back mid controls. Boy, I was good lookin' back in 82'

I bought it in pieces in a bunch of bushel baskets when I was 16 Years old (1964) and took me 1 year to build for my 17th birthday (legal driving age in NJ) The fork tubes are from Forking by Frank, the motor was built by Mario Andretti's mechanics (Willie & Eddie Mataka) and painted by me as well as all assembly and there was no manuals back in those days that I knew about.

Here is my first bike. I loved this thing. Saved up all my pennies as a Private and bought it from my Motor SGT when he moved to Germany. They only made it for 1 year. From what I understand it didn't like to turn too well so it got a bad rap. I never had a problem and this thing would run like a raped ape. It had a Ninja engine in a cruiser frame. Give it all the gas you wanted without a wheelie. Man was it quick, at least for me on my first bike. Got her for $2K. Traded it in on a TL1000 while in college.
