They are easily adjustable, they are sprung for your weight, have a length adjustment of 10MM, rebound adjustment, I got the 320MM which equates to 12.6". 2 spanners are included to adjust preload. The springs are progressive. Cost per pair is about 650.00 + 25.00 S/H. So, you can adjust them to whatever suits you.
