Default Big City Thunder Monsters

Got my BCT baffles put in last night (Vance and Hines BR 2-2) and wow what a difference. It improved the sound A LOT and I didn't even think the stock baffles sounded bad but this is much much better. I can't really say I picked up any major performance, I may have but I couldn't feel much difference, however I did note that she accelerates out of the middle of the gear better now. I was cruising at 75 mph on the interstate today in 6th and now it accelerates out of mid 6th really nice. Overall I love my baffles and they even gave me a free T-shirt.

Big City Thunder baffles.......get em

I been thinking of doing the same thing. How did it change the sound? Are they a deeper sound or more quiet?

+1 they are awesome! The stock baffles sound good, but the BCT baffles make the pipes sound even better! I've had these about 2 yrs and have no complaints.

Was any additional fuel system remapping necessary when changing the baffles?

Much deeper sound than before but not quiet. I didn't realize the stock baffles sounded "tinny" but I guess they did, this is much better.

well I already had it mapped with the stock baffles. It seems to run fine so I don't think any further mapping is necessary (I hope)

Which ones did you guys get to fit the Big Radius 2-2? I have the BCT's that fit an I.D. of 1 5/8" but didn't think they would fit. The BR's won't be here till next week.

P#2002, the I.D. is 1 7/8" & O.D. is 2". Hope you guys have a better time getting the stock baffles out than I did! The top pipe was a PITA!
