The dealer certainly does deserve to have his name out there. He took ownership of the problem and provided the solution. Something any dealer SHOULD do. But too few do.

Personally,I wouldnt settle for anything other than another bike...that said,my 07 SB has been great...after 24k+ the only issue I have had is with the fork lock..took them two attempts to fix it but it was under warranty back then....:>)
