Same here, also if you turn your key without the handlebars turned all the way to the left, and the lock pin is protruding, it will get pushed out of alignment by the lower triple clamp. The lower triple clamp kind of has a low cam profile to it, where as you won't feel much resistance when turning the handlebars while pushing the pin out of alignment.

There is a page on the Harley web site where you can type in the vin for service work. It may tell you there if you have warranty and for how long.

I thought this was funny until it happened to me today! Luckily I had read through the thread,took a screw driver and slowly pryed the lock pin towards the front wheel,all good now! Thanks to all the bros!
