Default Need some help

All right here's the situation...
I am swapping out handlebar riser bushings to an after market set. While removing the right side riser bolt, it got extremely tight about half way out. I continued to remove all the while getting tighter. I knew it had to have been cross threaded. When I finally got it out, low and behold, it was. Now I have the bike in my driveway with no handlebars on it, a stripped riser, and bolt. I really don't want to replace both risers, I like the position of the bars just fine. Does any one have a riser that would work with my '07 Wide Glide that they would be willing to part with. Any help, or offer is appreciated.

BTW, I called my dealer, and explained it to them and they said, no warranty, can't prove I didn't cause it

Never mind... I stopped being pissed and thought I should just try and fix it, so I found a tap set and re threaded it. Problem solved.

I have a right side riser if you need it, you can have it. I stripped the clamp threads on the left side.

Good work!

I cross-threaded my True Track, and boy was I pissed too. I calmed down and repaired it slowly with a tap, got longer, better bolts from the hardware store and all was right with the world again

Yeah. Thanks to all who offered help. I was a little steamed at the dealership, for not warrantying it, I payed the prep fee and it wasn't apart since then. I even had them look at it last summer because of the extreme slop in the risers. Still, they claimed since I found it at home, quite possibly it was my fault ! I let them know that they'd never see my business again, or any of my friends. So after I calmed down a little, I thought, duh ! Re tap it. Problem solved. Also, the new urethane bushings are awesome, I really like the way it sured things up. JP cycles, hd urethane bushing kit.
