My Night Train bars and risers are scheduled to be here tomorrow. Any tips or advice on swapping bars? I know I need to transfer everything over. I noticed that when I took the switch housings apart to change grips awhile back, the housings didn't just pop right off the bars. Seemed like something was holding them. I couldn't even get the two halves all the way apart. Should be interesting but hopefully not too difficult!
YellowHawk,
I just ordered bar for my Wideglide. When they get in I plan to do the swap myself as well. Below are a few forum links I found helpful and I plan to use during my swap.
greenyetti, I didn't outbid you on those. I ended up making an offer and got mine for $110 including shipping. I think I saw the set you may have been bidding on....I just really didn't want to wait and chance not getting any. I had bid on some before and didn't get them and have been looking for some more on ebay for a couple of weeks. I ended up finding three sets by searching for "harley drag bars" rather than "night train bars."
archergodwin, I haven't really decided about the wiring yet. When I get them I'll look at them and try to figure out how I want to do it. I didn't know I could run them internally on those bars.

I think you can run wires internally on just about any kind of bar. I'm not familiar with the night train bars however.
