Superglide Tank Question
I have a tank for a superglide listed on the "parts" board and someone asked me a question that I do not know the answer to. I told him I would ask the question over here and soemone would know for sure.

The question: Would this tank fit a Superglide Custom? Do any of you Superglide people know if there is a different tank for the SG and the SG custom?

the dynas have used 3 tanks since 2004.
tank#1 = 04+ Superglide, 04+ FXDX, 04-06 superglide custom (FXDC), 07 FXDSE
tank#2 = 04+ Lowrider, 06+ Street Bob, 08 FXDSE.
tank#3 = 04+ wide glide, 06 35th anniversary, 07+ Superglide custom, 08+ Fat Bob
The above is for direct replacement. Bberk (above) nails the alternative considerations.

Yep. the only tank in 08 that is the same as an FXDC is the FXDWG and Fat bob ...
