where did you all pick up your dog bone? i did a quick search and couldnt really find them. anyone have a link to some online? snap-on tools are way pricy... tryin not to spend an arm an a leg for these things i might use twice.

It's all covered in the manual if you read it. You just have to follow the disassemble that you need, then skip forward to the assembly section. And I didnt need to buy any special tools for it...

When using extensions on torque wrenches the torque values are changed according to the length of the ext. Sorry I don't have the formula for that.
