Vise Grips for the Snap Rings, Grab a corner and pull them off. Use your Thumbs to reinstall . Gaskets.. Thin Needle nose Pliers grab a edge and pull them out ..
Snap rings are out.i could tell from the start the front one was already bent. They came out easy, i'm off to get new ones. And does the flat part of the gaske go against the cylinder side?
Gaskets went in thanks mud! i actually used a 3/4" quarter round to tap em in, really tight fit slowly getting the gaskets in evenly all the way around takes a little patience Made a small bump on each hope it will be ok. New snap rings $1.99 each are going to be the next biatch to get around the header pipes . half way point I guess and it's dark now more tomorrow!!!!.....
Snap rings are easy to get back on. I can usually use my thumbs. Hold one side sung, then where they are split try and work one edge over. Once it start then just spiral it on. (work your way around the ring)
Oh ya, make sure you have the flange facing the right way first before you install the snap ring. Made that mistake before.

Just to say though, the bub headers are way better quality than the stock HD
Sorry it took so long to reply. I say loctite because my nuts vibrated off recently. Yeah I know torque them right, but it still happened. Wingnut, why isn't it good to loctite them? Just wondering.
The Studs are threaded into the Head.. If you Loctite them chances are you'll pull the studs out of the head, No Problem if that happens except you'll just have to replace them. And Dont Loctite them either if you replace the studs .. If you have to use Yellow . Just check the Flange Nuts occasionally
