buffeting,help
I have a detachable Harley windshield on my 08 Streetbob, minimal buffeting, the tool bag or bigger headlight(already noted by others, or headlight faring would most likely eliminate it. I do wear a full face, so I guess if I were wearing a half shell, the buffeting would be a lot more noticeable. I remember reading some posts with folks that had faring with a very short windshield and they had no problems. South Korean in the summer without a windshield would make you a bug magnet.
Sorry to stray off topic but that is one bad a$$ seat...got any info on it??
Man I thought that I had is solved with the tool bag, but my new seat moved me back some and now I am right back in the air-stream again. What happened is my knees moved down a bit and that is where I get most of it from. I would like to see how the lowers look myself.

I wear a half helmet, with visor, regular prescription glasses (no wrap-arounds) and a beard and ride a wide glide. Anyone who rides a wide glide knows that combo is really bad when it comes to buffeting with a windshield attached. I wear my Jack's Flaps vest and the buffeting is cut by about 90% which leaves me with a nice breeze in my face at 80mph, and the wind noise is cut by at least 50%. Not saying it will fix everyones' problems but it sure fixed mine
