looks like my plugs and my bike is tuned to 13.5 AFR w/ the TMax w/ autotune.

put new plugs in and pull after a few hundred and see what they look like but seriously they dont look that bad

If it was too lean the whole plug surface (inside of the head) would be white, yours might be a little lean, but it is no where near as bad as some I have seen (including mine). The white material you see is actually metal partials from your piston, rings, and cylinder walls.

With 99.9% confidence Champion makes Harley's plugs. I think the Champion replacement is RA8HC. Couple of bucks cheaper.

Your plugs are fine. If it was too lean they would be white with a glaze on them, sort of shiney.

As far as the popping, I installed the SE slip-ons on my Bob a few months and just a week or so ago did the stage 1 ac and map. I got a little pop on de-cel too that did not go away after ac and map. I am thinking there might be a minute gap between the clamp and the pipe/slip-on surfaces. I did use new clamps. HD said nothing about it after the map and service. A friend said they all pop a little???
