I think that is a Night Train badge on the left, the one on the right is correct for the bike. I think if it were mine, because getting it fixed will probably be hell, I would just remove both badges.

you know this thread IS BS. Those tanks are not the same. The first one has vivid black and the second is black pearl.

This thread needs killed.

My '09 Fat Bob says "Street Bob" on the breather cover....and I thought that was a big mistake. No comparison to this screw up... My dealer got me the Fat Bob version with no questions asked, I just need to stick it on there.

I guess a way to settle this dispute would be to get out the camera and use the video function to do a quick walk around of the bike showing both tanks.

hmm... the color of my fatbob is Vivid black.
Those 2 pics may show different color, but I guess it`s just due to the difference of Camera aperture and light adjustment by the camera.

I can understand you guys cannot believe such bike with different emblems could leave the factory, but IT DID HAPPEN TO ME. I noticed the difference of the emblem at the first sight, but I did not know the fatbob have same emblems on each side of the tank <sigh>.

Within 1 week after I posted the thread, the dealer replaced the emblem without trouble. They said it was 1st case for them, lol.

I would attach 2 more pics. I changed the crush guard and grips, and did more modifications for comfortable riding, but they are the same bike.
Just the emblem is unusual.

Thank you for reading the thread.
Happy riding, guys.
