Default o2 Bungs

Has anyone drilled the o2 bungs in a set of pipes? Let me know any advice, because I bought some vance and hines 2-into-1 pipes for my 09 super glide and they dont have the bungs in them, but the new power commander v bypasses them anyways, so am I wasting my time drilling them out, or should I? I have no clue........so any will be greatly appreciated.

I think you'll be wasting you time if you drill them. Like you said, the PCV bypasses them anyway.

i would think that any pipes designed for your year and model would have the o2 bungs present. did you get the right pipes?

Waste of time

Mine are in the box with my stock headers since adding the PCV.

I wouldn't bother. I intentionally bought pipes for an older Dyna so I wouldn't have to plug the bungs when I installed the PCV.

What year are the pipes from? Pro Pipe or big radius? If they are 2005/older Pro Pipe you will have issues with your engine dipstick.

Youre fine as long as it's pcV, until you want to add an autotune....if ever!
