Anyone ever tried to cut a Lucite or any Polycarbonate shields to fit around headlamps? I like the Memphis Shades "The Shooter" shield and they do not make one to fit yet and the HD one just doesn't impress me all that much. I know many think only geezers use shields but I am not far off...
Thanks for any input!

I havent cut to fit around a headlight but did cut one down to make it shorter. They are easy to cut so dont see why you couldnt make one work as long as it mounts up ok.
National Cycle Deflector DX fits the FatBob well. I could cut it to more closely fit the silhouette of the dual headlights, but there is no buffeting at the angel shown, so I'm, not gonna touch it.
