free is a good price, I might be a little jealous!
These aren't 16's, they're 14's with 2 inch risers from an 08 bob. I went with 50 inch brake, 39.5 throttle/idle, 74 clutch and 8 inch wire extensions.
Also, if your interested, I have a 52 inch SS black renegade brake line and renegade banjo bolts for 50 bucks. heres a link for the add in the classifieds:

I had the same problem, the cables were much more expensive then the bars.
Just remember, forgiveness is easier to get than permission haha.

I have a pair of Exile 16s sitting int he garage with 2.5 inch riser, I will put the bars on first then measure adn order the cables, you only get one shot at cable length, too short and you cant use them at all, too long and they look like crap, my buddy just made that mistake on his crossbones, he measured without the bars on and one cable is 3 inched to long and sticks out
