with a J&S jack With the yellow one you're going to have to use some sort of spacers due to the oil pan on the bottom and you'll need to strap it to the jack so it doesn't fall off.

You will need to get a set of Dyna Adapters for your lift. I got mine off of e-bay for $20. I hear you can also get them at your harley dealer. You have to have them because of that oil pan hanging down there below the frame.

Yep I have the Sears yellow jack. I got the HD lifting blocks to use with it and it lifts my 07 Street Bob just fine.

Don't want to hijack the thread but does the red jack make it any easier?

If you sit on the bike with your wallet while jacking it up then the yellow jack probably makes it easier since it costs more and makes your wallet a bit lighter.

the yellow jack is more durable than the red jack. I have multiple people tell me not to get the red jack, and I have the yellow jack and no problems with it. I went by my friends advice and recommendations, and got it on sale so I have no problems or issues with it. The red one after a few years, they were buying a yellow one. More durable I guess.
