Hey Settle down there. First post was about a bearing issue that no-one else has had. He was not saying it wasn't true just that he does not know you. Most of us introduced ourselves before we started posting. Just proper manners and all. Sorry if I sound condesending, but it was just the way I was raised.

You do not have to have the bike serviced by the dealer to maintain the warranty. You need to be able to prove that the service was performed so keep your receipts for everything; oil, o-rings, gaskets, tools etc. and record your mileage on them. Beyond that, I think your word that the work was performed by the book, is good enough.
