Is anyone using the Rush slip-ons (2.00 baffler) for the 06 dyna. They seem to look and sound good on the web site. Spoke to the company they said no remapping needed with the 2.00 baffler. It would take 50 miles of riding for the EFI to correct for the new the pipes.
My local sells more of the RUSH slipon's than any other slipon. They look and sound good, but are no better than a pair of Cycleshack or DynoPower Slipons and the later two are alot less expensive than the RUSH. The RUSH cost almost the same as SEII. And as far as riding 50 miles for the EFI to correct goes,............ I believe you have been terribly mislead. The EFI will not correct for ANY exhaust only remapping will do that either with a download or aftermarket unit.
i was also told about the. riding 50 miles for the EFI to correct .. i am going to install some SE II tonight and i have the stock air filter will i hurt the bike if i dont get it remaped for about 500 miles ? thats when my 1000 mile service comes.. i have hear alot of people just installing slip ons with no downloads. i also heard people having problems after there downloads when they didn't have any problems prier
