I've decided on 12" apes or buckhorns. I've got an 05 FXDC.
I was looking through the J&P catalogue, found a couple I liked. What I liked the most was the 12" apes for Narrow Glide. They're 1" bars with wiring dimples.
I'm gonna replace the cables with SS braided......I was just curious about the bars. I didn't see any reason why they wouldn't fit, but I'm a newbie and thought I'd ask b4 I ordered them.
I will tell ya what I did a little while ago. I was looking at putting a sissy bar on my bike and I decided to contact J&P with my questions. They were very nice to me and answered all my questions and even took my order for me. That's why they have customer service and they did great with me. Hope that this helps.
