Default 2000 fxdwg

Bought it in Sept. Not sure what tire and front fender is on it. Had T bars, but am trying other bars to see what I want. Tried S.E. II exhaust in picture. didn't like them that much. Sell those and try another kind until I find what I want.

Hmmmmm...don't know how I feel about the sissy bar removal. I've often played with the idea of doing it but wondered how it would look. Still don't know. LOL I kind of like it so it may be staying for me.

Now you need to ditch the reflectors. LOL

Actually looks pretty good. When I first bought my WG, it wasn't on there. Ran it like that for a while. When the daughter decided she wanted to ride with the old man, on went the sissy bar. should have got a quick detach setup, but now, just run it like it is. I have some pics in my albums with it off the bike.

I don't know...there is just something bout the angle of it that, when viewed from the side, coresponds to the front forks' rake and without it...just seems...off. I don't know, maybe it's just because I'm so use to seeing it.

That and I do ride passengers every now and then. Have the little HD pad that goes on it...which now needs to get covered in brown leather, of course.

Im torn between with or without as well. Makes for a handy handle when moving around the tight confines of the garage. That and a pain in the *** to remove. Otherwise i have no use for it... I will probably end up taking it off...eventually

I thought I was gonna keep it on but my wife said she didn't care either way about it and she is the only one who rides with me. I like it without personally. I do plan on getting another solo seat though. Went almost 300 miles on it today and while it wasn't too bad, I sure would like to get something a little nicer.

I agree about the reflectors, those will come off tomorrow.

hi,

hope everyone enjoying the FXDWG's this weekend,

yeah I like the small sissy bar but a taller one would be handy for overnighters etc, at moment just strap a duffle bag over seat or take back pack

thanks
