I am also about to do a WG conversion on my 06 FXDI. I am using a set of trees from Cass County Shoppers, Wide Glide chrome sliders from HD, and a Wide Glide front wheel.

The sliders from the Wide Glide are the same length as the sliders from the other Dynas. The difference in length between the WG and the other Dynas is in the fork tubes themselves. The WG tubes are 2" longer. The only difference in the sliders is the mounting position of the caliper so it lines up with the rotor on the Wide Glide wheel.

Just concerned about the trail of the bike . Dont want to compromise my handling. So what would the Fatbob trees to to the trail of the SB.
