Default sigh... I give in...

I should have listened to all the posts on here about which fuel management system to get...
Installed SEII slip-ons, Stage 1 AC, and the V&H fuelpak on my Bob this morning...
and the bike gurgles and pops pretty consistently during decel.
Im not about to deal with V&H tech support
sooo.... the fuelpak goes on ebay
and I ordered the PCIII.
If there ever was a time for someone to say I told you so...

Got my PCIII installed Thur nite, took me about three hours, must have pulled all that wiring out ten times trying to figure out how to make it fit. Finally installed it sideways against the right side of the electrical box, slanted down with just the tip of one corner sticking up and fit the rest of the harnesses around it. Clears the bottom of the seat and the other wiring will be easy to pull out of the way when I need to get to it again.

Haven't put many miles on it yet,but can tell the diff, seems to have a little more torque and no popping on decel. Seems to have a little more guts off idle when accelerating. Can't wait til tomorrow to give it a real test. Does seem to take a few more rotations to fire off,but not enough to bother me. My map was already installed by Fuel moto so I haven't experimented with any changes yet, don't see a need to so far.

Good Luck

Tom

What's funny is that I have the SEII Stage I setup and havent experienced a thing except pure bliss. And aint the Bob great? Man I can't sing enough praises on this ride! Of course I only have 211 miles on her so far, but nary a problem yet.
