Actually when I bought my T-header I wanted something more "old school" looking but I was told by several independant shops that Thunderheaders made the most Hp so I gave it a shot. Initially I was not impressed wth it at all the bike backfired allot and didn't seem any quicker but...Then I got it dyno tuned, 80HP and 92 lbs of torque with nothing more than a Thunderheader SE. intake and a SERT.This is a TC88 and it's making more power than allot of 96s with "other" pipes.That said, I don't know how much the wrap has to do with it, it just makes it look a bit more "old timey" Oh, and before I wrapped it it burnt a hole in my pants.

pretty sure the o2 bungs are the only difference, i have one on my 09 super glide and is from the earlier models. i took my o2 censors out and the pc-v came equipped with covers for the censors, works just fine for me after doing research and calling vance and hines with them telling me that the pipe would not fit on my bike, they just wanted me to spend the money on new ones---crazy if you ask me

my six speed dipstick is pretty tight to get out, but with a little finger prying and maneuvering it will come out.
