Ok guys here is a tough one with out the exhaust in hand. I don't want to buy it then have to return it.... So here is my question. The frames for the Dynas and the Softails on the FRONT END is pretty much the same right? Also, (and this is where I have no experience in) the exhaust from the engines... Is it different in the 96 and 96B exhaust sizes? So now, the frame clearance on the front end will fit the exhaust and then the exhaust out is the same so... Would this clear???
there was a fellla on here a few years ago that put a softail pipe on his dyna... if i recall right it took some work and making new brackets to mount it up, make sure you are looking at an exhause with 02 bugs. it is going to take some work to mount it up but i would assume it can be done
Bike is 09 and the exhaust would be compatible for an 09 model softail as well....
Anyone know if the softail front end is the same frame as my street bob? I think that would be the only issue right? The stock exhaust for my dyna comes out in the same place as the stock exhaust for a street bob.

Oil filler would be an issue for sure. Look at the picture you posted. The chrome cap under the front of the seat is the oil fill on the Softail. The oil fill on the Dyna would be blocked by them.
