Default HD Shifter Peg, '06-'10 DynaŽ models with fwd ctrls
HD claims that this peg will not fit '06-later DynaŽ models equipped with forward controls

I can't tell you why that peg won't fit - but I can tell you that I have Willie G. Accessories on my 2010 FXDWG and it has forward controls. Do you have a 2009 Dyna Fat Bob (that is the specific page your address goes to)?

I'm using the same one and I have a '07 fxdc, so I would say it will fit.

I have a 2010 FXDWG, that peg does not show up on the 2010 FXDWG page. Are you saying that you are using this peg with your WG?

I don't get that...I have an 06 Super Glide with HD forward controls and I have it on mine. Fits fine. Matter of fact, I never noticed the description saying that when I bought mine.

Yep....and it was installed by the dealer (Hannum's). And just to be sure (since I JUST got my WG and wrote my first response from work) I just went and did a visual check to be certain. It is a Willie G, shifter ****. Positively.

I would say the only way for it "not" to fit the factory shift lever, would be if my dealer also put a different lever on the bike. Either that or it fits the factory lever. Either way - no reason you can't have that shift ****. GO FOR IT! Don't take no for an answer.

On the HD page that explains the pegs, click on the installation guide. It clearly states that it fits ALL harley davidson's

I read that in the PDF. I am not sure why the product page claims it will not work with '06-'10 Dynas with fwd ctrls, and why HD excludes it from the 2010 WG accessories page.

I want to get the peg and the brake pedal pad.
