Along with "carpe diem", there is another appropriate latin phrase for this thread "caveat emptor" (let the buyer beware).

Update

Just wanted to give ya'll an update.

I emailed this guy 5 times. My 3rd one said "Do you still want to sell it?" He said "if you want to buy it" Haven't heard **** since the 10th.

BTW thanks for the advice. Ya'll brought up a lot of good things (legal and otherwise) I didn't think of.
